This Privacy Policy applies to the FuturMart Admin Android application.

2. Information We Collect and Process

Based on the app's current implementation, the app may collect or process the following categories of information:

A. Admin account information

• Mobile phone number
• Admin role and permissions
• Admin PIN
• Access-request status and related review actions

This information is used to:

• verify whether an admin account exists
• manage admin access requests
• allow approved admins to sign in
• restore a previously saved admin session on the same device

B. Customer and order information

The app displays and processes order-related information stored in the backend, including:

• customer name
• customer phone number
• delivery address details
• ordered items
• payment method and payment status
• delivery details
• order totals and order status

This information is used only for store operations such as reviewing, managing, and updating customer orders.

C. Product and catalog information

The app processes information related to store inventory and catalog administration, including:

• product name
• category
• pricing and MRP
• stock quantity
• low-stock threshold
• product descriptions
• product images

D. Product images and image-based suggestions

When an admin chooses to add a product using an image:

• the selected product image may be uploaded to Firebase Storage
• the app may run on-device text recognition on the image using Google ML Kit
• suggested product fields may be generated from recognized text

Admins can review and edit all suggested fields before saving the product.

E. App diagnostics and analytics

The app uses Firebase services for diagnostics and analytics, including:

• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

These services may process technical and usage information such as:

• app events
• screen views
• crash reports
• device and app diagnostic information

The current app implementation may also attach admin-related identifiers such as:

• internal admin user ID
• admin phone number

This is used to diagnose failures, monitor app stability, and improve internal operations.

F. Locally stored session data

To keep admins signed in between app launches, the app stores the admin phone number locally on the device using SharedPreferences.

This local session data is cleared when the admin logs out.

3. How We Use Information

We use information processed by the app to:

• authenticate and manage admin access
• process admin access requests
• manage products, categories, inventory, and pricing
• manage customer orders and delivery operations
• upload and display product images
• generate product suggestions from selected images
• maintain app security, reliability, and performance
• troubleshoot crashes and improve the app

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information.

We may share or make information available to service providers that support the app's operation. Based on the current implementation, this includes:

• Google Firebase Firestore for app data storage
• Google Firebase Storage for product image storage
• Google Firebase Analytics for usage analytics
• Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics
• Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition from product images

Information is shared only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the app.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the app and support store administration workflows, unless a longer retention period is required for operational, legal, security, or compliance reasons.

Locally saved session data remains on the device until:

• the admin logs out, or
• the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information processed through the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Admins should keep their devices secure and must not share their PIN with unauthorized persons.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for internal business use by authorized personnel and is not directed to children.

8. User Choices

Depending on how the app is used operationally, admins may be able to:

• log out and clear the local saved session
• update or correct product data before saving
• update certain operational records in the normal course of store administration

If you need access to, correction of, or deletion of backend-stored information, please contact the organization operating the app.

9. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Google Firebase and Google ML Kit. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.

10. International Processing
